45-min. bootcamp style HIIT & Strength class in South Weddington Park
Service Description
What to expect: a 45-min heart-pumping, full-body workout for all levels. You don't have to be in shape to join! And if you are already in great shape, you'll still get plenty of challenge. Modifications will be offered. Just do what you can! 15-mins of optional stretching will be offered at the end. Equipment: MASK required. A yoga mat or beach towel. Water. Hand towel for sweat. If you have small dumb bells (1-5lbs), bring those, though everything can be done without weights.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of your session cost. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your session will result in being charged the full amount of your session cost. You will receive one grace on this policy.
